Local Delivery & Pickup (Within 50 Miles)
For customers located within 50 miles of our facility, we handle delivery directly using our in-house team and transport vehicles. Standard local delivery includes lowering and placing the fully assembled unit at your curb, driveway, or garage.
0 - 20 Miles: FREE
21 - 25 Miles: $25
26 - 30 Miles: $30
31 - 35 Miles: $40
36 - 40 Miles: $45
41 - 45 Miles: $50
46 - 50 Miles: $65
Professional Indoor Installation & Setup: Because setup charges depend on the specific machine type, entryways, doorways, and stairs involved, please call us at 404-438-9389 prior to or upon ordering to receive an exact installation quote.
Free Warehouse Pickup: Local customers are welcome to pick up orders directly from our warehouse free of charge. Our staff will assist in loading your fully assembled unit onto your truck or trailer.
Long-Distance Freight Shipping (Outside 50 Miles)
Orders outside our local 50-mile radius are shipped via specialized heavy-freight carriers. Your fully assembled machine is wrapped, secured to a heavy-duty wooden pallet, and delivered via liftgate to your curb or driveway. The freight carrier will call you at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment window. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Inspect Exterior: Check packaging and pallet for punctures, crushing, or tears.
Inspect Equipment: Unbox if you suspect transit damage.
Minor Damage: Write "Damaged: [Specific Damage]" explicitly on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing, take photos, and contact us immediately at 404-438-9389.
Major Damage: Refuse the shipment entirely, write "Refused Due to Freight Damage" on the BOL, do not sign, and call us immediately at 404-438-9389.
Notice: Once a delivery receipt is signed cleanly without damage noted, the freight carrier considers the shipment delivered in good condition. Second Chance Cardio cannot guarantee freight damage coverage after a clean delivery receipt has been signed.
